Rental Prices
 
Villa Pian del Rocchio with five bedrooms and en suite bathroom can accommodate 10 Guests. The villa is rented on weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

The weekly Rental Prices make reference to “up to 8 Persons” / “9-10 Persons” respectively

• Low Season:           Euro 1.350 / 1.580 - from 02/01/10 to 03/04/10 and from 30/10/10 to 18/12/10
• Mid Season:            Euro 1.710 / 2.030 - from 01/05/10 to 26/06/10 and from 28/08/10 to 02/10/10
• High Season:           Euro 2.070 / 2.480 - from 26/06/10 to 28/08/10 and from 18/12/10 to 01/01/11
• Special Offer:         Euro 1.220 / 1.420 - from 03/04/10 to 01/05/10 and from 02/10/10 to 30/10/10

Prices includes:
Taxes (V.A.T.); Sanitary water; Gas; Electricity; Pool; Internet connection; Linen and pool Towels change on Saturday; Maid service for bathrooms cleaning on Wednesday; Satellite TV; Pool table; Foosball; Tennis table; BBQ.

Prices excludes:
60,00 Euro/week for the whole house cleaning on Saturday.
4,00 Euro/m3 of gas consumption for the house central heating expenses in the cold season.

   Deposit:                             
The 400,00 Euro for damages deposit is received cash on the arrival date and the due amount is refunded on check out.

The Rental Price is paid by credit cards (VISA – Master card – American Express) as follows:

• 30% as “Advance Payment”, when booking
• 70% as “Balance Payment”, 8 weeks before the Rental Date

For each payment is issued the relevant commercial invoice.
